All purchases occur in person at our announced mobile locations and events (typically through our facebook page--link provided on website).

  2. No Public Visits to Our Growing Location
    For privacy and safety, our growing location is not open to the public. Sales locations and hours are announced via our official social media channels.

Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law or AAA rules.

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
