   HydraBloom Harvest operates as a local, mobile hydroponic farm vendor. This Site is provided for informational and promotional purposes only. We do not accept orders, payments, or transactions through this Site. All purchases occur in person at our announced mobile locations and events (typically through our facebook page--link provided on website).

2. No Public Visits to Our Growing Location
   For privacy and safety, our growing location is not open to the public. Sales locations and hours are announced via our official social media channels.

3. Changes to These Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time in our discretion. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Acceptable Use
   You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its systems. You may not use the Site to violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law; Arbitration
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Scurry County Texas, or done via zoom or the internet. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law or AAA rules.

10. Severability; Waiver
    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
